Uranus
I’m not sure if the Uranus car in San Andreas is actually based upon a real vehicle, but it looks a little like a Mitsubishi from the early 1990s.
Speed and handling:This is kind of a low-end sports car, but the Uranus is still a great vehicle. It has good speed and acceleration, and it handles pretty well. It won’t spin out of control on you unless you are driving really recklessly.
Locations:Complete the missions at Wang’s Auto in San Fierro and a Uranus will show up from then on in Wang’s showroom. Otherwise, it’s kind of tough to find a Uranus. I’ve seen them on very rare occasions in some of the wealthier districts in the cities, like Rodeo in Los Santos and northwestern Las Venturas in the neighborhoods there.
Utility Van
It’s really more of a truck than a van.
Speed and handling: This vehicle starts off slow and doesn’t get much faster. It brakes well and has decent steering. It also seems to have the ability to take a little more than average damage.
Locations: The Utility Van is most commonly found inside and around airports. Sometimes it can also be found near industrial business and near water in dock districts.
Vincent
This four-door, boxy sedan looks like a BMW from the 1980s.
Speed and handling: The acceleration and top speeds are okay, but not great. The Vincent can take a fair amount of damage, but another downside is the somewhat bothersome steering. This thing just doesn’t seem to want to follow your controls very well. Not built for off-road fun.
Locations:Seems like I see the Vincent all over San Fierro.
Voodoo
I don’t care much for the lowriders in San Andreas, but if I had to drive one, the Voodoo would probably be it.
Speed and handling:The Voodoo has some quality speed and acceleration, but don’t expect sports-car-like performance. It bounces around a little on the roads, but doesn’t seem to want to flip over easily. That bouncing seems more of a trick on your eyes than anything. And of all the lowriders, the Voodoo handles the best by far. You’re not going to go bouncing and fishtailing all over the place at the slightest bump of another vehicle (or anything else) in this lowrider. Still, the Voodoo sits low, so it’s not built for bumpy roads or to go off road.
Locations:Los Santos seems to be the home of the Voodoo, so look just about anywhere in that city for this vehicle, except maybe in the wealthier districts.
Vortex
This is a hovercraft. Believe it or not, you can drive it on both water and land, but don’t leave it on the water or it will sink.
Speed and handling: It’s tough to steer the Vortex, but with some practice you can get the hang of it. Basically, it seems to slide out from underneath you a lot whenever you try to make a turn, if that made sense. If not, you’ll just have to try it to see what I mean. There’s not a lot of speed here, either, so don’t expect it. Not very sturdy either, blowing up rather soon after taking just a little bit of gunfire.
Locations:Look behind the boat school in the Bayside Marina for one of these. Sometimes you can find one in The Panopticon hidden in a shed. There’s also sometimes a Vortex at the Pirates in Men’s Pants casino in Las Venturas. Look around carefully, because every once in a while you can find one near water in the countryside or he deserts.

With the emergence of two parallel-mounted turbines, one of which is designed to operate at high speeds, the other one at low speeds, the inertia of the turbine was significantly reduced. There are also turbines, in which it became possible to change the angle of the rotor, which in turn also allows you to deal with problems associated with the delay in response. The inertia in turbo-compressors with ceramic rotor blades is well reduced, due to the fact that their weight is less than at standard counterparts.
